But I've never heard of it before - do a lot of couples who play solo do this?

In response to OP, do you have to do it as soon as you get home, or are you allowed a little nap first? As we get older, a lot of us men need a few hours to get ourselves ready again. Nothing to be ashamed of mate. Perhaps explain this and take it from there.

Yes, it definitely exists. Have never thought about it that way round though. The sex between us after Mrs Deef has had another guy is out of this world. It's not just good sex though there's an extra element to it. We feel closer, more loving and a bit "teenagery" it has to be said.

It's part of hotwife life style, or Stag & vixen depending what side you go more towards.

Yea reclaim sex dosent need to be done then and if it's affecting you mentally mabey not a good idea.

Only advice I could give is sit and discuss what between the two of you would constitute as you reclaiming her as your own does it need to be full on sex, is there other things you could both do to make it feel like you reclaimed her as your own.

Or simply ask her does it need to be there and then cause technically as long as your the next one to haver it dosent matter when your still reclaming her, but you need to discuss it directeith her.
