It might help if you define "last longer" OP - the average male in the UK lasts around 5 minutes and you're not considered to suffer from premature ejaculation unless you last less than 2 minutes.

A lot of guys (particularly on here where if you believe everything you read some guys can go all night) think they are "too quick" when actually they are just the same as the majority of blokes.

As others have said, mix things up a little and make intercourse part of your sex life not all of it, there's plenty of other fun to be had besides banging away

Bit extreme, but when I was on antidepressants, I lost the ability to cum altogether. Very frustrating. Girls hated it and thought they couldn’t please me or I didn’t like them.

I find mixing up what you’re doing helps you last as well as training your kegels so you’re in a bit more control of you do go a bit too near the point of no return

I take breaks. I like good sex to go on for some time, but interspersed with breaks to rest, talk, build back up again. I'm reasonably in tune with my own body so I can tell if I'm getting over excited.. or out of breath Or overwhelmed.

I think perspective and honesty goes a long way in debunking myths of how long men are meant to last, generally men can perform for a long time if theyve consumed alcohol or taken some form of drug, however most women probably dont want a steaming d*unk head showing up at their home wanting all night sex.
