So we had a few negative messages about a status saying that our sex life was great, after a really good shag, the type of sex you get in a long relationship if that makes sense? But having to defend your self as to Why you swing if our sex is so good is not right, we know we should have deleted and blocked but we are here for our selfs to add to our sex life's as a couple. Can anyone relate?

You don't need to defend yourself at all. If a couple tried swinging due to a poor sex life or to "spice up a relationship " I would say that's the wrong reason to swing so your detractors probably don't understand the swinging dynamic.

You don't have to defend yourself. We never do. There are a couple of things that most swingers see as essential that we don't do. We're often questioned as to why, we never justify our choices or explain why we swing. It's nobody else's business.

Same here. 29 years together, still have a good sex life, still enjoy sharing it with others.

Sadly there are some keyboard wankers who can only get pleasure by pretending other people can't have good sex without them.
