Yeah, pretty much how you would expect your back door to be treated, plenty of lube (maybe some rimming beforehand) and take it slow, I prefer slow and deep rather than fast so go with that to start with and make sure to tell him he has to be vocal to tell you what is working

I think you'll find that width measurement is for the bulb of the douche that you squeeze to push water inside you through the, much smaller width, nozzle that is designed to be inserted!!

Yes you can use one on yourself - either laying on your back with your legs pulled up, or standing with one leg up on the side of the bath work well.
