Sperm does not simply accumulate and increase the size of your balls, so not wanking or having sex will make no difference.

If your testicles have increased in size like you say they have then you have to go to the Doctors ASAP. You may be seriously ill.

Your testes will remain the same size as they are always producing sperm cells.

The amount of semen you store is based on the capacity of your prostate gland.
