We’ve a couple who haven’t yet been verified who we met and want to give them there first and our first verifications

Can someone please explain how to do this

If neither of you are meet verified, you can't verify each other.

One of you can get cam verified then you can

If you don't have a meet/ cam verification (green tick), you can't verify someone else. Otherwise it's in the menu when looking at their profile.
