"Hi it’s our first time at a club slightly nervous but very excited but ...... What should we expect ??? How do you tell people you don’t want to play without offending them and will people approach us ??? " Tell them you don’t want to play, whether you offend them or not, and if people are interested they will approach you, just like I’m sure you’ll approach people if you’re interested. Good luck

Expect--friendly, normal (mostly) people. People will definitely approach you! You'll get offers, but there shouldn't be any pressure whatsoever. Staff are there to help if anyone gets pushy. Other patrons always step in, too, I've found. No one likes their fun place thought of as a place for idiots. If you're uncomfortable with an outright no, at first, a friendly "thanks, we're just checking this out right now" should be enough to give you space. Clubs are a lot of fun, hope you really enjoy your first time!
