retrieving old messages

hi,

can anyone help with this, i am limited to viewing messages from a max of 2 weeks ago. does anyone know how and if i can view older messages. i had a great conversation with a man i would like to meet a few weeks ago but am now unable to remember who it was as didnt know the messages stop showing after 2 weeks,

Try deleting some of the messages you’ve got that you can see but you don’t need - found that causes some older ones to reappear. Think it’s more how many you can view rather than how long you can view them for

This - try to keep as few messages in your mailbox as possible...

....if you want keep track of conversations, you can always copy and paste the content of messages into a text file or the notepad in your webmail if you have one...

You can save the messages you want to keep or look back on later. That might help for next time.

Your inbox will only show the latest messages, I think it's around the last 50-60. Any messages older than that are still there, but you won't be able to see them. If you delete some messages, then the old ones will slowly rise to the top.
