What size in terms of length and girth would describe a penis, for example 7 1/2inch length 6inch girth is this large or average?

The NHS (bless her) says "Most men's penises are somewhere around 9cm (3.75in) long when not erect, but it's normal for them to be shorter or longer than this. Some things can make your penis temporarily smaller, such as swimming or being cold. (And it is COLD now!) Research has found the average erect penis size varies from around 13cm to 18cm (5in to 7in)."

Guess they did not have enough tape measures or Sky remotes to do girth as well.
