(New) Members who block you after you email them/fakes/scams?

OK I might have been a bit hasty to send out PMs with pics on them and stuff intially, a few women have deleted my message and then when I go to check their profile it says i can't view it for a number of reasons.

One of the reasons is that they might have been blocked by the site.

I also just noticed that our pictures contain the web address of our profile pages on here.

I've had folk stealing my photos and posting up fake profiles on other sites in the past, thankfully nothing with which I could be identified with though. I don't so much care about that, but with the address on here and my face..

So just wondered if it's simply a case that the woman is just not interested and wants to avoid the possiblity of me haranguing her with PMs begging her for sex (not that I would) or if they have been identified as fakes/scams and banned?

Just like to know, or know how to know this in future for peace of mind, if that's possible.

Thanks.

If I read a profile and they don't want to meet single men, bi men or what ever, I tend to block.

Also if I send an email and they read and delete or reply with no thanks.

This is so I don't waste my or their time in emailing them again.

I normally respond with a polite no thank you and then block, the reason for this is purly because they are not my type or into what Im looking for, and this ensures they won't make the genuine mistake of contacting again.

Unless they are nasty/rude/just plain crazy They get the block treatment

I suspect they weren't interested in you and so have blocked you to save you wasting your time messaging them again.

Aye fair enough. Sounds like just folk blocking then.

And Minx, you want people to be rude to you in emails, or did you just not write that right? that's how it reads anyway... lol

You admit you may have been over enthusiastic in your initial mails...usually the simplest solution is the right one. Our block list is full of men whose initial approach seemed pushy, cos they are the ones who dont take no well.

The thing is here right. I PM ed one, and she replied saying my pictures were too dark, so I sent more, then she replied and politely said I wasn't her type, which was nice but disappointing.

Then later I went on cam and she was watching me loads and being quite flirty, so maybe she changed her mind.

Or she could just be a nice person.

Sometimes you have to persevere, girls like to play hard to get and like the attention. So often a second PM is not in vain.

ooooo dodgy ground...in my case ( Mrs ) if I say no thanks, if people then send more mail I then think...good job I turned them down in the first place if they can't take no for an answer

I'm not suggesting anyone keeps sending PMs when the person says they are not interested, I was more speaking metaphorically about giving it a second chance, that's all.

This on in particular didn't block me. So I replied then and said well thanks all same for being polite, i think you are hot so the offer is always there if you change your mind, signed the PM with a 'x' and that was that

That kind of good spirited approach from both sides earned respect from both sides and who knows, in the future she might change her mind if we meet at a social?

I see nothing wrong with that, but if some really are sure then I don't mind if they block me I suppose. I understand the reasons why they would.

North of The Wall - youll need your vest

Also if you are talking about new members it may be that they are simply overwhelmed by the volume of mail.

Single women can get bombarded with 100s of messages when they first join and can be a bit scary when you are not used to it, so they may just block (or delete their account....)

I guess. If that's all it is then my mind is at rest.

Cheers.
