When did you start swinging?

Hey, just looking for some advice from married couples around their introduction into swinging.

I’ve been out as bi with my wife for over 2 years and whilst this was difficult for both of us to begin with our relationship has really improved since. Our sex life has also got more adventurous with us using dildos, strap ons and role playing more than ever. We openly talk about threesomes during sex but she always sounds nervous when we talk about it the next day.

I believe she is very curious around trying 2 guys at once. Can anyone relate at all?

Hey there. The whole “not comfortable talking about it the next day” was normal for us. The way I see it is I am comfortable with sex things in a sex environment but I would not be the same over the water cooler in work the next day is the 2 guys thing something you would like also? The fact that you came out as bi to her and you are stronger than ever is a big plus so I wouldn’t be too worried about things

Be honest with her

Talk about things you'd like to try and why, ask her what she would like to try or thinks about and start small with things you both say - or things either of you would be comfortable in trying for the other

Build confidence and see where it goes, you may find she just needs time to get to the same experimental level as you

She clearly isn't ready to jump in the pool yet so don't push too hard (well, not in this scenario anyway )

I think it's quite common to find certain fantasies extremely erotic when you're in the midst of a sexual encounter but feel slightly jaded about them over the cornflakes and nescafe next morning.

Apologies about the delay in replying, really appreciate all the responses.

Think I’ll take the advice on board, it’ll be baby steps for now and see where that takes us. Thanks again
