Just wondering if anyone could help - we met a guy and give him his first verification and now he can’t use his account... it does say he needs to photo verify himself so is this why his account has sort of been suspended? Never had any issues leaving verifications before and I feel guilty now lol

I had this issue (but before I had anyone verify me). I suspect someone reported my profile as fake.

It fixes itself once photo verification goes through.

If it doesn't resolve itself after a day contact admin and they'll sort it.

I had some trouble photo verifying, it must be said, but I had special circumstances (was wearing a medical device and couldn't be fully naked - although the device didn't hide my breasts or pubic mound). And I had people who'd met me (but not yet verified me - long time members, verified and site supporters) email admin. I don't know what did it in the end, but my fourth picture took!
