Use a plug to stretch further; you need to feel what's happening down there and when enough is enough, you don't want to unwittingly do damage by forcing something too far.

I got some numbing spray but was told not to use it because you wouldn't be able to feel if something happened/ went wrong.

Need to be in control of what's happening.

Just try bigger toys to help .

Not being nosy but is it hurting you? Maybe just try using butt plugs until feel more confident.

I’ve used butt Plugs with no problem for a long time. If I’m really relaxed can take a cock in daily but after a few minutes of fucking, I feel what can only be described as a deep scratch on the outside? And it puts me off
