click the report profile button,bottom left on their profile page...

Admin will investigate...u need to explain what u think they have done

I think someone may have already reported them actually because I can no longer find their profile. (but know they are still on here because I still have them showing up on my messages pages)

Have you tried clicking on their profile from your messages? It may be that they have blocked you or have chosen the privacy that means they don't come up in name search.
