However this is something he is very conscious of. As a result I've kinda given up on the need for marathon fucking sessions because I don't want to put pressure on him.

Viagra might boost ability for him to repeat in a shorter time window but never known it to be any good for premature ejaculation. A previous fb used it a couple of times and we found he would cum quite a bit quicker when it was in his system

If he has spoken to you about it then I think it would be more than reasonable to mention the cream to him, maybe purchase some and when things start to get heated just suggest maybe trying it.

A lot of the time with pre ejaculation it’s caused by pressure so just try and relax him, switch between fore play and intercourse and slowly build up.
