Any decent size syringe (without the attachment or needle) is effective.

Easy to mix liquid soap, warm water and insert.

£12 or so buys you a dozen on Amazon.

Can confirm Amazon do a steel one with a standard shower hose attachment. Works brilliantly but if you normally love a hot shower, turn it down before using the douche....

I went back a couple of weeks later.

Be careful of using a shower attachment, due to pressure as it can tear your lining if too strong, better to use a syringe. male

I also went to the Dr to get a prescription, he reached in his pocket to get his pen to sign the script but pulled out a suppository. He said “damn some bums got my pen”

I tell guys that want strap on to prepare 12-24 hours before. Eat bran/Weetabix for breakfast. Go to the loo approximately an hour before the meet, and just wash thoroughly. No junk food 24 before.

Works, toy (with condom) comes out clean and there's no leaking as prep!

The best I find are empty hair dye bottles. The bottle is easy to squeeze and the head slim and pointed. I couldnt get on with the round Love Honey ones.
