You are photo verified so a start.

First thing we did was the same. Then spoke to people in chat rooms and get cam verified.

Then moved onto meets. All a progression.

But as been mentioned it still no guarantee a meet.

Funny thing is, on several occasions I've set up days and times where I've said I'll be in xyz place for x amount of time, come for a coffee/drink and a chat, good way to get verified etc. Only one person who ever said they'd be there actually turned up, and after we said our goodbyes and I went elsewhere with a friend, he hung around the town centre until I logged on two hours later to ask if I needed 'tucking in'

It's not all about verifications. It's how you interact with people. My original time on here it took me 3-4 months to be verified. In fact when asked if I'd like one from her, it had slipped my mind, but of course I'd said yes. I'd had a meet prior to her, a play meet, where I wasn't verified.

Now here for my second time, I still await to meet someone. It has been offered that a previous meet verify me, but to me that's cheating, unless we meet again but since they have moved up north that's unlikely and many of those who I had met previously seem to have left the site.

Your situation is not the same because as you pointed out you are female so the numbers game is in your favour your suitors will be willing to travel even as far as st awful (used to live near there) and your not the one morning about the lack of verification so in that context you being female has nothing to do with it.

We collected our early veri by driving from Cornwall to Birmingham or Sheffield because we had no choice then came home after. My point is that as a single guy when the numbers are against you and you are in catch 22 where good verification increases chance of meets then that extra effort is going to be required because verified by cam or phone is not going to persuade us to travel far when we don’t have to.

Bottom line how much do you want it? Because sitting on swinging site waiting for free sex to come your way is not going to happen. And given he is unlikely to get a load of white knights charging in just to get attention my point stands you are no basis for comparison and he has to put the effort in to get what he wants out of it

For the last two years I’ve been having a mini social at a pub quiz. Everyone is welcome to join and I’ll happily verify anyone that comes along.

Why not try something similar. Every town has a pub quiz. Put it up as a social meet. Don’t give the venue, make them PM you for that.

agree - doing the hard yards is important, one challenge is the decision by some to only accept winks or messages from site supporters ... that can be frustrating for couples like us. Each couple or individual is responsible for their own approach to this space.
