over door, so weight of a person supported by the door hinges, I would think it would be a little risky to be honest

We tried one and had a 3 hour laughing session it was the best waste of money we ever purchased male

We have one but got one to drill into the rafters in the ceiling. That way not limited by the door and far more secure

they're perfectly safe, we have one but only for when travelling at home we have a real swing suspended from the ceiling xxx

They have their place if just starting to experiment I suppose.

We decided to go straight for the proper experience of a ceiling bolt and a good 360° free spining swing

Could always go for a Metal Frame suspended swing.

I've seen some online that are able to be disassembled after use, But look very time consuming compared to how easy a ceiling attached swing can be unhooked.

Absolute pain to assemble.. hence why mine currently lives in the garden!

I put u bolts in ceiling and used carabieners to secure mine

Just 3 bolts, we've got one if you want it you pick up.

We have a swing, not the door one. We have anchors bolted to the wall and it's suspended by carabiners and chains. Easy to remove and put away if need to. It's brilliant. Check it out on our pictures
