How do you 'get over it' for your 1st play date?? Had a meet last week and my anxiety went into overdrive and ended up being just a social (thanks to our lovely lady friend being so understanding!!)

Manchester (she/her)

Believe in yourself, feel the fear, do it anyway. Get lost in the moment.

was it the social side of things that was the problem

or the thought of just meeting someone for sex?

Something you are going to have to get to terms with if you are wanting to meet but please don't get inebriated as a lot do its not the right way to go and can put a lot off.

We eased into it gently. We started playing with just each other but in the same room as other people. Building up to a gently touch/caress and then on from there as and when we felt comfortable. It really worked for us and the right people who you click with will be patient and understanding

Best thing is not to tell anyone you're nervous and just fake not being nervous. Works for me.
