I have tried quiet a few of these and a lot of them are quiet hit and miss probably because their relying on a relatively small working tip, usually at a fixed insertion aligning with a small target. This means that I suspect that a lot of the time they just don't make the right contact. This is probably why I would suggest something like the Njoy Pure Wand which is a ( shaped rod with each tip formed into a rounded ball, one small (25 mm diameter) and one medium (38 mm) sized. The shape and length of the curve makes it easy to manoeuvre inserted tip to somewhere that feels good and works well in either solo or partnered sessions. Whilst the Njoy is fairly expensive I have seen similar shaped glass toys quiet a lot cheaper.

I agree that a finger must be the best ways to start for exploring prostate stimulation; with a little gentle pressure and feedback from himself. Of course you may have small hands and not easily hit the furthest point with a short finger; or you might not like this idea (ask him if he’s ready beforehand: ie are you all clean and well rinsed?!). It’s certainly better for feedback than any type of inanimate ‘probe’.

But I suppose what we should ask is do you mean a prostate ‘probe’ for massaging or a vibrating probe that does the work for you?

As for best position: well, different positions give different or varying sensations but once you know where to find it, it doesn’t matter. Is there a best position from which to stimulate the G spot? Surely not: you can access it from any angle or orientation and what feels best depends on what you like or want at the time, how you’re feeling and what you’re doing and who’s doing it!
