standard replies to all suggestions

hi having renewed my membership again i have noticed it the same standard reply to all new suggestions to improve site, it like an autmatic out of office reply, does anyone actually look at these suggestions...

You mean you actually got a reply!!! Still waiting for my first, to admin or site owners

so it isn't a bot anyway, as I would have got some too.

I've seen some changes. Bi directing room, bikers part on the forum to name 2. I appreciate admin don't individually reply to requests, and you do get a standard response. I reckon they must get lots of messages, reports etc. So I don't think it's practical for them to respond to everyone individually.
