It's a mobile site not an app that you install (despite their description). Bookmark m.fabswingers.com rather than just fabswingers as it doesn't always switch over. Also some WiFi spots block adult sites regardless of your phone's settings. Clear your cache too, that'll help. I develop websites for a living, PS there is a help section in the forum.

Yes, I just think the hoster can't keep up with demand. Been happening for a month or so, a few refreshes fixes it. It isn't just the 'mobile app' which isn't an app. The desktop site is the same.
