OP you are asking for positive feedback on your profile and I'm afraid I can't give you any - it really isn't very good. If you are happy with it and it's working for you though I would leave it as it is. If not I suggest doing a forum search for profile advice - there are thousands of threads already. Pick out the good bits and see if you can apply some to your profile.
