I want to change my user name, but not a clue what to.

Do people feel that a user name should represent who they are as a person?

or is it just a username and no one cares?

Please choose something generic, not something boasting about sexual prowess, like your current one. If you really were a love doctor you wouldn't be here as a single guy, you'd have a harem.

That sort of thing is an instant massive negative.

It's off putting if their name is degrading or over sexual.

Try and pick something that stands out, but in a good way. If you need to add a string of numbers it's probably fairly common and you might get confused with others. Think about the first impression.

Just pick something fun and friendly sounding. It doesn't need to be descriptive, those kind of names sometimes come across as dickish.

Use spaces too, fab allows it and can make your name a lot easier to read without having to resort to Thrustmaster3000Turbocock1
