"You had at least 2 meets in 8 months which is pretty good for a single bloke. I think getting your profile and pics right is paramount if they ain't right most couples and wonen will just delete your message without reading it " I get that. But it’s getting the profile and pics just right so it appeals. I only write/take pics of what “I” think people want to read/see. I’d like some insight as to what is actually WANTED to be seen/read, if you get what I mean. Thank firvreplying though

"Any suggestions on how to improve people? " Hi. Firstly there is loads of great profile advice in the forums already, it is well worth doing a forum search and reading some of them. People are often reluctant to keep repeating the same stuff over and over. Secondly there is no magic "one size fits all" answer. What works for one person may not have any success for the next. Thirdly, you need to stand out... there is no point copying others, rather personalise the profile & message advice to fit your own personality and strengths. Hope this helps. Cal

"Any suggestions on how to improve people? " Read the profile, make sure you fit their requirements, then personalise it to the individual. There’s no right or wrong way, it depends what they are looking for.

"Hi ladies and couples. I’m Alan. I’ve been on and off here before. I’ve always found it really hard to get meets. I’ve had a handful but nothing to write home about. I was looking for advice on how to word the first message. I’m always polite and courteous in my messages but the replies I get are few and far between. How do you like the first message to read? And does my profile need tweeked? (Only if you have time and can be arsed reading it lol). Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks guys, Alan X" How often would you like to meet OP?

"You either appeal to people or you don’t. You could change your profile 10 times and send the nicest of messages, if someone isn’t interested in you they’re just not interested in you. Just keep going! " This x

"As often as possible lol" Well...it is possible to "meet" someone pretty much whenever you please. But it'll cost you...

"You say in your profile; " As said, I’ve been here before so I know the drill." It seems contradictory to then seek profile advice in the forum. There seems to be an increased theme on profiles recently along the lines of 'back on after a break, leave verification's if you met me before'. But nobody ever explains the reason for the break which leads us to surmise that the previous membership was pretty fruitless and hence we are sceptical that there was ever previous verification's. It isn't difficult to chase up previous meets for re-verification... " Noticed this too a lot of late. Seems like a line being played. Why leave, if you’re not having fun just hide your account
