My experience is that some couples are bit more cautious about 'diving straight in' with a first bi encounter. Sometimes it takes a while to feel comfortable, and there's a bit of to-ing and fro-ing which may seem like 'time-wasting' or 'fab-bi' behaviour, but is a genuine reflection of it being a new departure with maybe some taboos being tackled. Then a few days later I got a message from them and it was clear the whole thing had set off some exciting new thoughts for them which they hadn't felt ready to explore at the time.
