If you understand the question, you'll hopefully be able to offer advice. If not, no problem.

sissy has decided to try taping to make it more sissylike and to restrain its cock. Yes, I could get a cage but they're very visible both dressed and undressed.

However, all of the advice I can find online about taping involves long tapes going over your anus (so it's not available for being used) and "sealing" the end of your cock so you can't pee.
