A spelling and grammar check would improve it, at the moment it reads a little like an edit was started but not quite completed.

It starts and ends with Kik, you only need that once.

Not everyone likes the gym. We like the results, but being there is torture of the non pleasurable kind.

Pics 5 & 6 are very similar, just a slightly different angle. If they weren't sat together they wouldn't look so repetitive. There's nothing really wrong with them as is, but the others are good and show variety so it seems a shame to have those two together, it takes the creative edge off a little.
