The guy she’s playing with isn’t one we met on here etc it’s one she’s known socially for a while, long story short they’ve had two amazing sessions without me there and now constantly keep in contact

I would never ever talk constantly to someone. I actively avoid it, and if they try to I stop chatting altogether.

They are an addition to OUR sex life, if that doesn't feel the case something is wrong.

Be careful but also just have an open and honest chat. Communication is key, we can give opinion, your partner can give you so much more.

If either of you is not happy with swinging then it's best to take a step back and talk about things. If you can't talk the problem away, then carrying on COULD end your relationship.
