Does anyone actually think that its a possibility to find a long term partner on here? Or is the whole " id fuck someone from Fab but not date them" a certainty?

I met someone on another swinging site about 14 years ago. Fell in love. Lived together over 10 years. Married over 4 years.

Anythings possible theres been plenty of posts about people meeting on here and getting married plus i think your more likely to find someone on your wavelength here than on any other dating sites least everyone knows what they're looking for on here

Doesn’t matter where/how you meet someone if you both click. Plenty of people start off as FWB in real life then go on to have a good relationship so why should Fab be different? At least you’ll know they’re as dirty minded as you lol I’d imagine it would scare a lot of fellas off on fab tho as most are here for no strings fun.

People find love in all sorts of ways so why not on here? At least there’s a common interest from the off - a healthy approach to sex.

I met my wife to be on here, we both had single profiles and wasn’t looking for love, it just happened. It can work, not sure I would actively look for a partner on here but sometimes these things happen when u least expect them.

I think you can find a long term relationship anywhere. I'd be a bit wary on a site like this for a couple of reasons. People will say what they think you want to hear. People often mistake sex for intimacy and a lot of singles on here are after intimacy leading them to think they have feelings for someone they've had sex with.

It depends on your criteria. If you're someone for whom sex and attraction is central... and as long as they're relatively nice and not too boring then you're fine with that... then yes!

But the site deliberately pushes superficial features to the fore and suppresses other things that may be more important to you i.e common outlooks, dreams, goals, shared political views or spirituality, common feelings about the environment or common priorities on life, common experience and upbringing, common values I guess... whilst you may accidentally stumble across someone who fits you in this way on here, as you could down at the local Tesco, the site's format and culture doesn't help you find them so you're probably best off going onto a dating site where people tend to be more upfront with such important bits of vanilla information

I wouldn't rule it out if it happened, but I don't think I'd want a swinging relationship though. Mainly because my anxiety would kick into overdrive and I'd be worried she'd find a better offer. That can happen anywhere, but I guess I'd worry a bit more in a swinging relationship.

But I don’t think anyone falls for a profile, they fall for the person once they have met - so what’s on the profile shouldn’t cause an issue?!

After two months we set the couples profile and the rules, no babies no feelings!

We stuck well to the no babies rules!

Take your time getting to know somebody. Make them wait a while to meet you. You will soon out the guys looking for a one off fuck or another notch on their bedpost.
