Huge amounts of damage can be done to your bum, no two people are the same, some people have regular anal and the muscle tightens well, others have 'leaks' now and again where the muscle hasn't closed- I have gay friends where one has a bag now because of his years and years of anal and not being able to close- but that is the extreme...
