New iphone fab won’t work on 3G

Hi ppl

Got a new iphone when on WiFi fab works fine but when outside using 3g/4g it says cannot connect to a secure server? Tried everything but fone virgin network anyone any ideas? Parental controls are off

Adult content is being blocked by your network provider.

You need to ask them to lift the block.

It’s not adult content either that’s off, there’s some non adult sites that states the same problem x

that wont work as the nearest mast probably isnt big enough

I'd say it's definitely to do with the provider blocking the site.

Phone virgin and have it lifted. I had the same with o2 and sky (via wifi). Can't remember how I did it but I didn't speak to a human. I think I just used my credit card details.
