Southampton area jacuzzi ( vanilla question)

Does anyone know of any leisure centres or health clubs where one can Go as a day guest to use jacuzzi , steam room and sauna and pool?

It's purely for therapeutic reasons.

East Sussex

Is there a Bannatynes in the area? Their gyms often have hot tubs and pools, not sure about saunas. Otherwise search for spa hotels, they often have smaller but quieter facilities.

The New Forest Leusure Centres have them - Totton or Applemore are closest to Southampton
