A few grammar and spelling mistakes (might be a put off, lack of attention to detail etc.)

What you have said is fine. But would perhaps re arrange the paragraphs to have more positivity to the front end.

Without public images you will have to work harder to impress.

Messages need to be better constructed than your current profile text and have a good clear image with it to have any chance of a response.

If you’ve been here on and off since 2006 then you should know how to write a decent profile. Having pics hidden wont help you though.

Plus I personally dislike the line "I've been here before and know how it works."

The phrase is particularly incongruous in given this thread...
