I've ordered the adjustable spreader bar from A/S I'm wondering is it any good does it spread far? I want my legs spread wide!!

I made my own out of 2 collapsible walking sticks from £land. Joined them together and put two eyelets at each end. Compresses down to 12". Works very well.

It does depend on what kind of workout you are going to give the equipment, a lot of the bars from online places look good and can be fun but if you like to struggle they break easily. We have a metal spreader bar for that reason.

Sadly a lot are designed for looks rather than resilience. My partner recently ripped a straight jacket in half when we were playing

It might be better to be tied down with your legs tied apart, if you need a hand with the knots just ask

I got a broom handle, cut it in half, large eye screw at each end and one in the middle for tying down.

A lot stronger than the one we bought, which feel apart the first time we used it...

So for a few £s, we have 2 really strong bars...

You are not alone with the coming with your legs apart thing. An ex of mine could only come with her legs together but we got over it by hooking them over the arms of a chair with her ankles tied to the feet. Then a combination of my tongue and pegs on her nipples did the trick

Take your pick. Use eyebolts, not hooks, and then you can use ropes, curtain tiebacks, bondage cuffs, just about anything you like that won;t self tighten on the limb...
