would it be worth setting up a site for people who are visiting or living in spain as there would seem to be quite a lot oof people who would benefit from this

We will agree with you on this point as there are "forums" for Canada, america,Oz etc which are rarely used. Considering the number of ex-pats and holidaymakers in and to Spain i think its a reasonable request.

Well tomorrow I have to go to Blyth, then Bedlington and after the weekend I'll be in Wallsend, North Shields, Cramlington, Annitsford and Ashington so can we have a room for people in those places too ?

cant see how anyone can just say NO!!!!!!!!!!! many of us that spend 8months of the year in spain would more than welcome a spanish room...there are 20 couples that we know that would join straight away...as to all the regions the other lady is visiting..they are well covered by all the areas you have...Why do we have a usa site!!! sure there are more folk going to spain than usa..canada or australia!!!! surely its worth a try....

So what - you spend 8 months out of the year in Spain - why do you need a 'room' ?

What purpose would it serve ?

And for that matter what purpose does USA, Canada, Australia etc etc etc serve other than attempt to segregate members, but there again no it doesn't segregate anyone because the only ones who use them are from the uk

When we go to our apt in Turkey, it tends to be quite sunny there from time to time
