I used to meet a couple and I was their first "extra participant" so to speak. She was very nervous so we would play basically strip poker to get naked, and then more cards to do or dare, mild to start with and then more risque so she was comfortable all along. Taking it steady and over a few hours and we had a great time, but it took patience from all to build up her confidence in a naked mmf situation.
