Hi there, we're Vicky and Dan and we are new to all of this, we've had many messages on here and people who say they'd like to "meet us" but so far we don't seem to be actually meeting anyone, are people generally time wasting? or do we need to be more patient?

We are very eager to have our first meet, also if anyone would like to meet us ask us

You might want to give it longer than a fortnight.

Get the feel of the site for a while, you'll be able to target more suitable people - i.e those who will meet you.

Why not give your local club Chams a go?

Friendly, relaxed and full of like-minded folk

It can be frustrating getting that first meet but as Sensual has already said, 2 weeks is short period of time x

We can sometimes go weeks without finding anyone suitable.. and with couples if your looking for other couples it must be harder as everyone has to like everyone lol

but just hang in there.. I agree with the clubs comment..

We've had 2 good meets in the last year! It's really not as easy as everyone would have you believe. When you find a good one/ones - keep hold of them!

I have the opposit problem, Couple or person wants to meet, I message and I get ignored or blocked. I don't get what I'm doing wrong, I'm verrified by others, I'm photo verrified, I have close facial pic and a a further away pic.

Don't take it to heart.

We used to delete messages and block the senders roughly 10 times a day until the new age filters came in a few days ago.

Sounds harsh doesn't it?

I'll explain... not one of them bothered to read our profile and/or respect our preferences so we decided to stop them contacting us again. We tried the "thanks, but no thanks" when we first started out only to get some of them asking for an explanation or we got abuse

Take your time, read profiles to check preferences and to see if you might 'fit the bill' then send them a well crafted message with something personal (nice of course!) about them.

Keep it that way

You say you are sending messages with a bit of quirkiness which is a good thing

Try and stick a bit of quirkiness in your profile text... people on here are looking for 'fun' with 'fun' people.

An awful lot of us read profiles before reading the message they have been sent

2 weeks can be a long time depends on what you are looking for. We 've had 2 profiles on here within the last month (deleted 1 to change what we were looking seeing the name wasn't helping our cause!) and still to meet a couple and it's just as hard fo us to find a single fem (if not harder) to join us if wifey has found a male friend for the night as it is for single guys.
