I have a big regret due to my own stupidity. Also being a bit shy and not wanting to appear pushy. I had a friend on here who has now unfriended me and blocked me. Im not sure how I should go about putting my wrongs right. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hull but travel regularly

Sometimes is just best to accept their choice to unfriended and block you and move on. Learn from whatever you did wrong

It’s the nature of the beast.

The women have got their pick from 100’s of men and get inundated with messages and friend requests so you can see why they would rearrange their lists from time to time.

It’s always difficult to come across to someone you don’t know and then harder to keep their attention whilst trying to build a rapport.

Just move on and be yourself, if there’s someone out there you’ll find them eventually.

Take everything with a pinch of salt until you’ve actually met the person.

I’m a member on another site which is far more productive in terms of initial contacts but it’s still hard to get to the point of meeting.

This and similar sites are full of men , timewasters and fantasists unfortunately.

I wouldn't worry about it. Make new friends.

If, by being yourself, you lose someone's friendship, they are not the friend for you.

You have not really lost a friend, unless it was someone you met frequently you were just a flag on a database. Being unfriended is just them rearranging the flags.

You may not have even done anything wrong, you just didn't appeal enough to keep on the list.

Onwards and upwards

These things happen to us all, at some time, best just to move on, as others have said.

Oh dear, Stephen. Only you know her. It would appear she wants no further contact with you. Can you text her and say you would like to talk to her? If there is no response then, I would move on. Good luck.

I have tried to text as it looks like she has a new number that she is using as it bounced back to me. I suppose I should just move on at my age life is to short

You could write her a letter if you got her address but if she's decided your not worth knowing it may be misconstrued as harassment so it's your choice you know her better than us

You have obviously done something to make her not want you in her life anymore. Respect her decision, learn from it and move on.

Don't write her a letter, if I'd blocked someone on here and my number had changed I'd feel very threatened if someone started writing to me at home.

If she hasn't told you why you're just going to have to move on. Even if you've met and know her a bit there could still be plenty of things that made her decide she needed to break contact.
