If you were all aware of the rules then I think you were all to blame , her for breaking rule which they had put into place first and you both for not just saying no you told us the rules and I'm sticking with them.

That's just my thoughts.

The way we see it,the "rules" applied to the party the night before.

As been said before, the rules were for the party the night previous.

also, if they made the rules they can break the rules, if what the OP states is word true then I see no wrong on his behalf at all, if I woke under those circumstances (being asked to stay the night for one) I would assume it's a little game they want to play.
