dogging in suffolk/norfolk

we are looking to try dogging for the first time this weekend, somewhere near norwich, preferably by the coast (yarmouth or lowestoft way), but we will travel further for the right spot. Are there any male doggers out there local to us, who can tell us of any decent spots or give us some advice? or maybe even want to come and join us? any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
