What is the point on being on here if your profile is hidden. Have had a few people look at me but when i go to look at them it's hidden. Sounds bizarre to me

Maybe it means that they can make the initial contact?

I'm guessing they looked and didn't fancy meeting you and being hidden means you can't question them for not contacting you.

Message them and ask. I think it's more bizarre to be concerned about how others run their profiles.

It means I'm not currently looking to meet anyone. Hiding my profile means I don't show in searches.

Also it is a tool the site has provided so I am free to use it.

There are numerous reasons why people hide their profiles.

Does it really matter? There are plenty of profiles which are on display, in fact we do believe there are thousands.

That's odd to assume that a hidden profile is fake. People hide profiles for many reasons, doesn't mean they are fake.

I agree. I think the ability to send and receive messages should be disabled when you hide your profile although I think they should still be able to view a profile as some might like to browse without being pestered.

I would rather be hidden and left to my own devices to seek suitors myself, then being bombarded by 1000 messages from ‘heavycumer2017’ and ‘jonnybigcock69’ every day

My solo profile is hidden and I’m 100% genuine, mainly because I get hundreds of messages and sometimes it’s easier to start conversations myself oh and my boss at work is forever looking at my profile. J x

obviously because I’m hidden.

I’m hidden because I’m sick of the crap that comes with being unhidden. Too many fake couples (men) and I get angry and then get a slapped wrist

So I’ve hidden myself to stop the crap for a day if that’s ok with you?

Admin will hide potentially fake profiles until they pic verify as it registers certain details;)

No, Admin can temporarily suspend a profile they don't hide them, it is the account holder that can hide their profile.

We had a ramdom friend request from a guy the other day wrnt to check out his profile and it was hidden ..i think sometimes people join and then get get nervous about it and hide until they are brave enough to male initial contact..umfortunatley we didnt accept as i dont like random requests hopefully he will come back when hes brave againx

It's an easy answer OP - it's so we can browse in peace and not be bombarded with mail! I like to look (and yack) in the forum, but as soon as my profile is visible, it is non-stop mail - and it gets tiresome after a while. It's no more sinister than that

My couples profile (KinkySlinky) is hidden as my partner doesn't want to swing at present. We haven't deleted it in case he changes his mind in the future. We have 200 verifications and it would be a shame for all those people to lose our verifications if we deleted it.

We joined & stayed hidden for about a month, just wanted to see what it was that was going on, check the locals out, read club reviews & got our profile sorted so we were happy with it.

But we didn't message anyone until we were unhidden & we never have answered faceless profiles even of they send private pics. We now have these along with newbies blocked as we can't be arsed with all the messers & fly by nights.
