Are you mad! In this wind? Ann you are brave, need some lead in your sussies if you are going out today. On a more serious note, I am not so up on Dogging, but isnt it quite risky during the day? (ok, MORE risky during the day)

Agree with the above post.

We have been dogging years but usually at night as this is the safest option and there is less chance of not upsetting any innocents (be it children or others not into the lifestyle)

It only takes one careless incident to get the authorities appearing and the guilty parties having to explain what and why they were doing something usually reserved for indoors and possibly face prosecution.

We always do daytime outdoor fun.. tend to have to look harder for places during school holidays but we have never been come across by people..

Its great to have fun outdoors... and as long as your careful there is no real problem.. I always wear a long coat that if need be I can quickly button around me..

To be fair I would say day time is less likely to get you caught than evenings.

True cali, but some aren't as careful or as clued up on how to go about it.

If we play in the daytime we go well out of our way to make sure we don't get caught or upset others.

One thing that puts us off daytime fun are the ones (usually single blokes) that make it obvious what they are there for, which brings the moral brigade out on their high horse lol.

Most working people who work for a living at work paying into the system to pay for those that dont work dont have time or the good fortune to go dogging during the day.PS had a hard day at WORK today!

Just because we go in the day doesn't mean we don't work.. that's what lunch breaks are there for... Or half days off... Many others on here are the same.. and actually its a very grey area at the moment... And if you don't get caught indecent then just play innocent. As its not illegal to go into woods lol... Or in a group...

To be fair as long as you stay away from the regular paths you will be fine.

Master and I had a picnic and a good time for over 2 hours not so long back.. it was school holidays but we found somewhere 5 mins from the road... But that no one uses... We also had a good few mins warning if anyone may walk past as you could hear things.

But no one did... Outdoors isn't about being caught for us its just nice..

we go out in daylight hours from time to time and are incredibly carefull not to be seen we always go well off the beaten track and never in school hols

and as for the work comment have you never heard of shift work?

we both work yet manage it its all about time management

So far as we understand it, the law says that if you have a reasonable expectation of not being seen by people who don't want to see you, then you're OK (sounds fair). It's causing offense that's illegal.

We were once having a foursome on a canal towpath. You could see quite a long way in both directions, so we thought we were safe. Then all of a sudden a lady on horseback burst out of an overgrown side path that we hadn't noticed, only feet away from us. She was a big, bold, horsey lady and she just shouted at us "Carry on, carry on, don't mind me" - and trotted off. So we carried on.

There are some really good spots but there is a lot more chance of getting reported daytime.

see I would tend to differ.. Daytime you could just be going for a walk... nighttime.. well.. lol

I know our local places are not policed in the day but are after dark...

so as long as common sense is used.. I find it less risky in the day..

Well!! A few hours work and he's moaning lol be grateful you have a job. I've been self employed for years and worked some really long hours (between 18 hours to over 30 hours straight, no sleep and minimal breaks) travelled hundreds of miles a day and still made time for a spot of dogging, day and night.

Relax man you might you just might enjoy yourself!!

to be fair we do it more when out and about.. tends to be down the south west.. and if we are playing local we try not to be found by anyone as I am doing tasks..
