I see lots of socials being organised like the recent Bristol one but how does one organise an event. Love to do one in Devon. HELP

Post a thread saying you’re organising one, roughly when and where.

Invite people to say they’re interested.

Work out when most applicants are free.

Choose a location and time to suit.

Enjoy.

There used to be a regular one in Exeter, as often as monthly. But unforunately it has died a death.

Pretty much seems to cover it.

There are loads in south Wales, the big ones happen on a Sat evening as that's when most are free.

Don't give out the exact location on the thread.

Consider vetting people before adding them to the door list.

Expect it to start small and then build over time (Newport social is held every 2 months and has over 100 people attending).
