Problem cumming

No I know some may see this as a benefit but it sometimes takes me ages to cum

No problem getting and maintaining an erectile but 70 percent of the time I have to finish or assist cumming with a hard wank and now I'm sure psychologically worrying about it isn't helping. ... any sensible ideas?
