Mansion Parties by Passion Elite?

Someone showed me the website for mansion swinging parties by a company called Passion Elite. I just wondered if anyone has been to one of these and has any feedback?

We try to steer clear of anything with "Elite" in the name as they normally are not.

Not entirely true..the entry fee is normally elite!
