Looks like the ladies are a little confused about men's saunas. The sauna bit of them is somewhat incidental compared to the rest of the place.

If you are literally entering the sauna room, if there is one, rather than the play areas do be careful if you are wearing a metal chastity cage, and other metal in the skin such as piercings can get very hot and potentially irritate the skin.
