Two ways:

1. Book a pair of bisexual escorts, preferably ones who advertise as a duo.

2. Meet a MF couple, if that's what you're into (your profile says you are).

Don't try the DIY approach by trying to arrange a meet with two random people, that is very unlikely to work.
