Is this normal

You get chatting to someone gets all flirty. Swap pictures all good still. Arrange to meet then it all goes wrong. No replies then either suddenly blocked or hidden profile. Is it just me ?

Regular occuance on fabs......YES!

Don't take it personaly.... just perservere and move on, there are a lot of great people on here!

It's quite common. They don't want to meet, they want something to wank over, because it's a man and not the woman you thought you were talking to.

Or, she wants attention but not the sex, for whatever reason.

Or, she doesn't find your pics attractive enough to want sex with you.

I've been stood up half a dozen times in the last couple of years by various women I've contacted on various sites (including some who contacted me first). It is annoyingly common, yes. Sometimes I did meet them on the 2nd or 3rd attempt, so at least I know those were actually female!

Some are shy fantasists who just don't have the balls to go through with it. OK, the females don't have balls, but that might be part of the problem, less testosterone-fuelled motivation! And women don't need to try very hard to get meets, so some are less likey to take precautions against mishaps (like checking your frigging diary for other appointments first, or NOT going out on a shopping trip to another town a couple of hours before the meet...)

There might be some who stand guys up maliciously, but I expect it's mostly carelessness.

Thanks but at the moment I can't spot the signs. Have seen a few fake profiles as not on here for more than a couple of hours

Nothing is set in stone! ....but I'll only show interest in people who are site supporters, have been photo verified, have recent verifications, or who have been verified by friends or been to places I know of. I won't entertain newbies at all, which may be harsh but mostly they are only here for a look. Yes, fab is a funny place

ive cut contact many times with couples and guys as there version of pre meet chat just put me off. Could you be getting too keen??

Tinternet. The amount of unverified male profiles I see with pictures of them playing with females is crazy. I always thought they needed consent.

Two just stopped responding and the other hand the check to text three hours later to say he was horny and could he come round!

We suffered the same problem and got wise to pic hunters.

So now, we have 6 public photos and no other photos. So 99% of random incoming friend requests have stopped along with messages asking for more photos.

We don't do face pics (that's the who point in being discreet), we travel a max an hour away for a meet and we mainly just visit clubs. A meet off this site is just classed as a bonus.

We get it loads. From men and couples. Proper pisses us off and sometimes makes us feel like leaving. But then we remember the good guys and it makes it all worthwhile!
