Sauna sauna

Any advice on how to overcome my first time at sauna sauna nerves would be welcomed........

It's a big place, when you go in the cafe area is to your left, go in have a brew and try to relax.

Upstairs is where the action is, a very big chill out area, maze and plenty of rooms.

Have a wander, make friends and if you fancy it get down to it

Just go and expect nothing

Work out where everything is, how it works, find your feet

Then go back another time

I was on my 3rd visit to a sauna before I actually 'did' anything

The sauna has various 'theme' dats, so check their website to make sure you go on one that suits what you are into

Have fun

What is there to be nervous about? Everyone is there for the same reason. Go. Sit and have a drink and chat to folk and take it from there. If I can walk into a club on my own then I'm sure you can!

Forget about it being a gay/bi sauna (if that's what it is).

Approach as if you are simply having a sauna,forgetting about the extras/sex.

Try relaxing and enjoy.

Ive been lots of times. I remember my 1st visit. I was so nervous, I just plucked up the courage and went for it. I havn't looked back since. Message me if you want a friend to go in with. I like to go Tues mostly.

I went there they had a mixed sauna night it's massive in side did not take off not many people in never went again.
